Doesn't appear my video on Envato Elements

Hi there!
My item was approved on VideoHive on December 18, but it still hasn’t appeared on Envato Elements (I have an approved Elements account). I contacted support, but they said it’s still pending. How long does it usually take to get published there?

Maybe you have approved Elements account for another assets, not for Video Templates ?
