Does Envato accepts theme with theme option page

Hello there,
I’ve started to develop WordPress theme to sell on envato, but have a confusion with WordPress theme customizer.
As per WordPress new guidelines, they don’t accept themes with Option page. They have also ask WordPress.org theme authors to remove option page from theme and replace it with customizer.

Does envato accepts theme with Option Page ? Or they ask for theme customizer ?
Help will be really appreciated.
