did not receive swift transfer

I’m tired of waiting for a support answer from envato
still has not received swift transfer after 5 days than further there are still days off + 2 days than + 2 days maybe on some feedback…
all plans are broken
maybe this message will speed up the process…

no this is not my problem
i take message that envato make payment at 16th Apr. today is 20th Apr.
I think it was some error or other bug i don’t know

all times i take payouts it 1 day, maximum 2days delay
