Why is the exchange rate so low? Our current exchange rate is Rs133/USD and Envato payout conversion rate is just giving us Rs127/USD which is like Rs6 difference.

Russia relocated to Kazakhstan. According to the new payment system, the money from Videohive comes to the account of the bank of Kazakhstan, but from Envato Elements does not come for the fifth month!

He said that the money for October will be given on 22 November. But as of 22 November, the money has not been received yet.

Again he said that December will be given on 18th December. Haven’t received the money yet. He said he will get the money on December 18. But where? December 18 passed, the money was not received.
