Hi. I have subscribed for Envato Elements a few days ago using my gmail ID. I had earlier created a profile with another ID but subscribed & paid up using my gmail ID. I got a confirmation email at my gmail ID and a welcome email on the other ID. However when I login it doesnt show that I have subscribed and keeps asking me to subscribe every time I try to download a file.
I have reached out to the support email ID multiple times but am not getting a resolution from them. Infact besides and automated email response acknowledging my email t them I dont get any response. Is there another way to get their attention and have them resolve my issue?

Please wait until support team replies. It can take a couple of days, depending on tickets amount they received over the week. As that requires access to all related to subscription, payment and accounts, no one here can actually check that other than support.
Meanwhile, make sure that you are actually using correct email ID to sign in, and that you are using Envato Elements when you try to download some file as other platforms, like VideoHive, Graphic River, ThemeForest etc. belong to Envato Market and those items are not included in subscription.

Thanks for your response, this is best I’ve got so far as a response. It would be nice to know that when you say “it can take a couple of days” what timeframe is that on?

You give us a yearly subscription which lasts exactly a year so it would be nice to know that these “couple of days” will be extended in the subscription while I wait for the support teams queue to be cleared.

We sign up for this when we have a need, hoping it will be smooth but when we face these glitches it affects our commitments to our clients which impact our reputation and business

I can totally understand your situation. Unfortunately, as I am only community moderator, not Envato staff, there is no way for me to know how many tickets they have in queue at the moment. What I do know is that they will respond as soon as they get to that ticket. If there was any error on their side they will make sure it is removed and that you can start using your subscription from that point.
