CSV and release issues

So I’m having problems submitting video clips when they need a release. If I upload a csv with all the metadata for clips that have no people in them, it processes and automatically submits my clips no problem. But when I have to put (Y) for Recognizable People in the CSV and then I put the releases name “name.jpg” in the release column (and the actual release has already been uploaded to a folder in my FTP called “releases” as per instruction. The clips don’t process, instead they show up with a message that says “ERROR” but no further information.

Is there a better guide for how to do this? Or has anyone else had this issue?

I’ve been asking envato to fix this feature for years. I even went few times on voice chat with envato technical staff to explain exactly what we need. After some time I gave up when I realised this will never be fixed :slight_smile: So, I suggest to deal with reality of this being broken. Sorry.

So what is your workflow for uploading clips with releases, do you go through each one individually and submit them?
