I am told by the hosting service that the Theme (Stack) which we purchased here in 2014 is now corrupt after a php upgrade by the host. Is there any way I can get support for this theme. Externally site seems fine, but from the WP dashboard, I cannot edit or create any pages. Stack version is 1.4.1. This is a volunteer organization and redeveloping the site will take a large amount of volunteer hours. Will listen to suggestions. Thanks
Can you share a link on Themeforest to the theme? I don’t see one with that name that is as old as 2014
Also you have no buyer badge on this account so either way would need to login using the account which purchased the theme
I am not sure how to do this. here is a link to the theme from WP

This is volunteer organization so people change all the time. Attached is the receipt from the original purchase. The person listed is no longer an active member of the group.
If the license was purchased via this person account, then you can try to get in touch with her and ask her to contact the Envato Help and transfer her license to your (or some other) account.
However, as Charlie already mentioned, most likely theme is no longer available on the ThemeForest. I took a look into the source code of your site, and here is the link to the theme’s author profile https://themeforest.net/user/wegrass
As you can see, the author no longer has a portfolio here and since the item is no longer available (unless the author transferred it to another author, which is unlikely), you won’t be able to download it even if you get access to the license.
So your best bet is to get in touch with that author (just use the contact from on his profile page) and ask him if there is a newer version of that theme available somewhere.
If not, then you are out of luck and you will have to find someone who will be able to take a look at your site and fix the issues. If the front-end works, then it is possible the fix won’t be very hard, you just need someone with a solid WordPress development experience who knows what he’s doing.
Good luck!
