Well, sorry for not specifying. It is not the first time that I fill out the forms, as I am tired of waiting for an answer that will never come, I decided to write in the forum

Envato is working great, I just want to talk to the managers of the company, business people, I went to the links above (Help ticket) and there was still no response. That’s why post here in the forum
