compress zip files

I can not upload my zip file. I bought it with different software. help

What operating system are you on? Windows/Mac?

Select the files in Windows Explorer, right click, and choose Send to > Compressed (zipped) folder. This will create a common .zip file.

If it;s over 500MB use FTP. If it’s not over 500MB, try using jZip… I’ve never had any problems with that one.
