Codecanyon wordpress plugin rejected item

We have received a rejection email from envato code canyon. We are not sure about the exact reason but received the following message over email:

Our plugin is giving facility for subscription product within woo-commerce. It is integrated with few payment gateway as well. It do automated recurring for upcoming subscription. As per our review it seems like there are several reason for this hard rejection among them one is code standard. We want to know the following:

  1. Which are the area on coding end we need to improve?
  2. What is the exact reason of rejection?

We have attached our folder structure in image format and also provide sample code snippet of the main file.

I can see you really put a lot of work.

Can you please check the below points

  1. Use Proper Coding Standards / At lease format the codes
  2. Load Files only when they require
  3. List all unique features in the description box when you submit the plugin.
  4. Create good looking banner & icon
