[CodeCanyon] Item Rejected

My codecanyon item rejected can any give suggestion

Message :-
Unfortunately your submission Advance Login And User Management in Asp.Net isn’t quite ready for CodeCanyon. Here’s some feedback from our Review team on why it couldn’t be accepted.

  • Please double check for common security vulnerabilities: SQL injection, XSS, CSRF etc

  • Please make sure the item doesn’t contain any encrypted code or a third party licensing system.

The documentation is a little lacking.

Most importantly, remember that buyers may not be technically inclined. They may just be looking for an item to drop into their existing code base. Also keep in mind that a typical user won’t really know about all the features your system brings to the table. With them in mind, you should also look into providing a quick start guide of some sort. It need not be long: a short one will do.

You can use a premade template or the Documenter tool for your documentation, both linked below:

You have your suggestions there!

Thanks for reply

I know that but where i check it?

  1. Check your code keeping this in mind : https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff648339.aspx , http://stackoverflow.com/questions/11020846/classic-asp-protection-against-sql-injection
  2. Check all your compressed js and css files have uncompressed sources in the package. If you use some librairies or plugins, check if the license allows you to use it in a commercial product
  3. Add more details in your documentation.
You can use this tool to create the doc : http://themeforest.net/forums/thread/the-documenter/40757 .
Don’t hesitate to add screenshots and a video tutorial if needed .

Focus most on your documentation if you believe to not have any security vulnerabilities and are not using third party code to which you do not have a license to use commercially.

Mostly from other item rejection threads, when they state your documentation is lacking in the canned response, it’s usually that which got you soft rejected :+1:

Good luck!

mega_theme, did you manage to get your theme accepted? I’m wondering, because I got soft-rejected for a lacking documentation too. I’m wondering what I should change in it, because they didn’t give me any details. Any help will be appreciated.
