Items Rejected why

I uploaded three items to codecanyon, all 3 rejected for some reasons, I dont know what to do now. here is the Message from ENVATO Reviewers
Thank you for your submission. We have completed our review of “Online Bank Management System” and unfortunately we found it isn’t at the quality standard required to move forward, and you won’t be able to re-submit this item again.

Here is the comment from your Envato Quality team reviewer:

  • Please make sure the code adheres to PSR standards.

  • Make sure that the code doesn’t raise any PHP errors, notices or warnings. Please set error_reporting(E_ALL)

  • Please double check for common security vulnerabilities: SQL injection, XSS, CSRF etc

  • Please make sure the item doesn’t contain any encrypted code or a third party licensing system.

Please what can I do???

Long story to short, it’s about coding quality. I believe there’s noone here could suggest anything specific due the reviewers already stated the issues that your item has

I once bought a script from codecanyon that has errors allover it such that i had to adjust the codes in other to get the script working. I wonder how the script was accepted

My script is completely written in pure PHP function, no classes

Design quality is not good enough for ThemeForest. The general idea how the design would look like is completed but you need typo/some spacing changes. You can start by changing the font-face

Okay, thanks for the reply. one of my rejected item (contact form) has the message "Thank you for your submission. We have completed our review of “Acex Advanced Contact Form” and unfortunately we found it isn’t at the quality standard required to move forward, and you won’t be able to re-submit this item again."

The rejection message you received, from my experience, means that there’s errors you didn’t catch. Like it said, run error_reporting(E_ALL) at the beginning of your app(s) and look for errors.

Make sure you provide full source code and if your app uses a database then make sure you’re using prepared statements and escaping HTML characters properly.
