I bought a product 4 days ago, I can’t download it because envato doesn’t send the verification email to my address, I have privaterelay with apple id but it seems they having trouble with this. Nobody in the support support seems to care I tried to reach them twice but still no answer.
I tried to contact the creator of the content and he just said to talk with envato support, that’s really annoying.
Do you have idea how can I retrieve my product?

Please open an Envato Customer support Help ticket if you didn’t already and let them know. Envato Customer support team will be happy to assist you. Support ticket reply can be some delay based on the open ticket volume.

Hello, thank you for your answer, I already sent 2 tickets but still haven’t heard from support team.
I’m afraid that if they use my apple id email for whatever reasons they will not be able to answer me.

Heya guys. Apple does allow you to forward your Hidden Email addresses to your main address. Check this guide out → How to use Hide My Email with iCloud+ on your iPhone or iPad – Apple Support (UK)
I have the same method added to multiple sign ins, and whenever I need to get an email, I just toggle forwarding on.
