My Envato account is currently locked, and I’m unable to access my downloads. My account was created using Apple login, with my email set up through iCloud’s “Hide My Email” feature. Now, when I try to download my purchase, it prompts me to verify my account. However, I am not receiving the verification email.
I’ve followed all the steps provided in the help section on your website and tried various solutions I found online. Unfortunately, I’m still unable to resolve the issue. Moreover, I’m unable to change my email address within my Envato account; it instructs me to do this through Apple or Google. If I modify my email via Hide My Email / Apple login, I risk losing access to my account—and consequently, my purchase—putting me in a difficult loop.
Lastly, I’m concerned that any response from Envato might not reach my email, as I haven’t received any communication from Envato.com so far. I’d be extremely grateful if you could assist me here in this forum, because the email and tickets are not working for me.

Did you receive an email confirming that your ticket was created? Which email address did you use when submitting the support ticket? Is it a working email address? The response time for your ticket can vary due to different factors, but you should receive an automatic email confirming that your ticket has been created.

When creating a support ticket, there is an option to enter an email address. Did you ensure that you provided a valid, working email address that can receive emails? If not, try creating a ticket using a valid email address that can receive emails.
