Hey guys. I signed up to envato using my apple id and I bought a theme on Envato Market. It says the theme was sent to my email (just a bunch of letters and numbers @privaterelay.appleid.com
I have gotten no email anywhere, nothing in spam folders and I can’t change the email. I go into the account to try to change the email address and It won’t allow it to be changed.
What can I do?

Thanks, I had already done that before posting here. Everything now days takes forever, even though we have more technology.
