I want to change my account email address but I am facing this error “Something went wrong. Please try again.”. Anybody have an idea why is that? I have opened a ticket with envato support but waiting for their reply.
That’s better but could be cache/cookie issue. Just logout your account and clean the browser cache, login to the account section and try to change the email once again. It may work.
If it doesn’t, support will help you to change it.
