On December 13th I bought a shopify theme (UMINO 2.0) I can see the charge in my credit card, but when trying to download my purchase code I can only get one that belongs to a past purchase of the same theme that I´ve made on August. What can I do?? I´ve sent a couple of emails to support but nobody replies.
Only the Envato support team can assist you with this query. Due to high ticket volume and the holiday season, their response time may be longer than usual. You may also want to reach out to the theme author to check if they have received any new purchases from you, although please note they may have some limitations in their ability to assist.
