Can I sale CMS version into other marketplace?

I am an exclusive author on ThemeForest and I have some approved HTML & PSD Template.
Now can I sale CMS Version into other marketplace?

Please Give me answers.

As per new rule of Envato its a NO. Once you approve PSD or HTML version of the item you must sell all of the items version in Envato whether its WP version, Drupal Version or any other CMS.

What happen if I sell item license to another author and that author uploads cms version into another market place?
Please advice.
