Of course you can’t - you can’t sell other peoples work regardless of it being free or paid for.
If you can’t design/code/create your own work then this is not the marketplace for you.

Oh no, you can’t do that! If you’re an author, you can’t grab a freebie from Envato and turn around to sell it. Envato’s rules don’t allow for that. Those free files are meant for personal or client use, not for resale. If you need to use something from Envato for a commercial project, you’ll need to buy the proper license for it. Just be sure to check the rules for each file to make sure you’re using it the right way.
