Bind theme - Visual Composer page builder plugin not working

Hi

Can anyone help? I bought the Bind theme and have finally got it working but whenever I click on the Visual Composer plugin so I can start actually moving things around and designing my site, it just goes to a white screen with the VC logo “spinning” incessantly and never actually opens the page in VC.

After a bit of research I found this page

Please note: If WPBakery Page Builder (formerly Visual Composer) came integrated in your theme, then ask your theme provider to update WPBakery Page Builder (formerly Visual Composer) for you or purchase license directly from us to get free automatic updates.

Can anyone from Envato respond to this please? I submitted a help request but no-one ever replied to my last one so I’m not hopeful that will be replied to either and I need to get started on building this website!!!

Envato cannot offer support for themes. You must contact the author of the theme, which you can do by clicking the “Support” tab at the top of the theme’s page. Here it is for the Bind theme:
