Author sold product suspended - Relisted

A month ago I purchased a product from CodeCanyon, A week later author was gone and removed by Envato. Now the “exact product” shows up under a new author. I emailed the NEW author asking if I could get updates but no response.

I paid for a product that was removed and now re-listed with new author and now Why should I have to pay for it again? Any ideas on what to do?
