I’ve noticed that my Author Level badge seems to be stuck and isn’t updating as expected.
However, based on my recent sales, I believe I’ve already crossed or am very close to the threshold for the next level. It seems like the badge system may not be updating properly.
Is there an issue with badge synchronization or sales data refresh?
@corbitaltech have you checked your Earnings page? There you will see: Total value of your sales, before taxes. When the earnings (amount in your Earnings page) cross the amount of any level target amount, then the level badge will unlock.

This seems similar to an issue that occurred a few months ago, which was eventually resolved. It appears the same problem might have resurfaced.
