Yes, but I’m mentioning “You need to sell xxx more to unlock your next Author badge”. This text is not updated.
And now we have sold $500,000 so we must be an author level 10.

Lots of features at Envato marketplace is going to be removed, my opinion as part of “Shutterstock” migration but for those, I think Envato performs maintenance once a while so you may need to wait a little bit longer to get those updated.

I’ve already contacted support about this, and here’s their response, “I wanted to let you know that our team is currently working on fixing this bug. We don’t have an estimated date when it will be fixed, but please be patient while they work on it!”

Reported this badges issue over a week ago, has not fixed till now. After contacting support twice, I got this reply “Unfortunately, I don’t have an update from the engineering team yet, but I can confirm they are still working on it.”
It’s been 5 days since I got this update!

They may be planning to remove badges… If you receive an update that those are no longer available, don’t be surprised.

Yes, it has a problem. I sent an email about it 3 weeks ago and Envato answered that they are working on fixing it! I should achieve the next level badge now!
But I think they are not working on the market and just focused on the elements! Because this is a small problem! How they couldn’t solve it after 3 weeks!

Because they are not working for the fix, they may be working for the removal of those small features.

I don’t think this is a small feature. Climbing from Level 1 to be an Elite is just something inspirational. It’s just not about badges; it’s a tiny competition that inspire author(s) to climb more.

Envato had its time during 2019-2022. I don’t think any new author would “success” that in a year.

If they are working on it, they will fix and probably send you the notification or you’d see the new badges when available at marketplace/forum

Finally, I got reply from Envato support team, but we have to wait and can’t know when our account level badge is updated.
As the rule, we will be rewarded $500, hope that they won’t remove this program.

This badge addresses an issue we have observed for the past few months. We hope that Envato will resolve this matter as soon as possible.
