I was wondering why Korea and Singapore placed before United States in my top countries right now
Iâm just tired of all these holidays. Since July.
Still absolutely dead and itâs running up to Christmas !
October was my best month in my whole history on AudioJungle and I started off the month dead until the 6th when things exploded and didnt stop until now lol. First 4 days are pretty dead but things will be good.
October was my best ever month too - lets hope the run up to Christmas is even better!
A nice start to November. 4 sales including a Broadcast (1 Million) License.
10 sales over here in November, very nice begining and i hope this trend will continue
October was my best month, but November begins nicely too.
(Wonât buy a big sailing boat out of selling sound effects anytime soon, but a small rowing boat for a family of three seems more and more possible⊠so, back to work!)
Well, at the beginning of October I sold a Christmas track, and all in all by the end of the every month I get some ââboostââ regarding sales. But the first few days at the beginning of the month are almost always silent. Donât know what it is, but whatever. Last November (when I started uploading) and December were really good months, so, hopefully it will stay that way, weâll seeâŠ
I once met an Audiojungle sales switcher, down Atlantis; partying with ElvisâŠ
But more seriously, @Marbury-Media, youâre a talented sound designer!
Why donât you focus on your forces instead of ridiculing the people questioning the supposed «sales capping system» you keep ranting about?
Some authors, me included, tried to understand your situation, but most of our very simple questions stayed unansweredâŠ
As I found your situation intriguing, I even took some of my time to do a bit of research. I searched for your sounds: logged, unlogged, from different computers, at different hours, in different towns and (with keywords relevant to your stuff) you were visible in the search engine every time!
So, again, how do you think this system could work?
Do you think your files are switched off in say, Korea, but youâre visible in USA?
Or do you think that, some days, youâre not visible at all?
Have you made a serious analysis (over, say, at least a month) to see if youâre visible each day? In short, do you have any factual things backing your claims?
Because, before telling authors to keep their heads in the sand, you could try to elevate yours with verifiable facts; for once.
For now, it all reads like paranoiaâŠ
Whish you good.
Do you have any earnings graphs to back this claim up? Not dismissing what youâre saying by any means, but a constant on-off pattern is very perculiar.
Youâre luckier than I am! Only Elvis was there for me!
Anyway, as a relatively new author here, your capped sales posts intrigued me a lot, because if (I donât think so) there was truth in such a weird business tactic, it would be questionable for sureâŠ
To return to the topic of sales: I made a sale today and wish you one (or more) too!
Still very slow. A contrast to October.
Two measly sales so far this month. November was my best month last year, hope it picks up soon.
Terrible month for me too
I see you made a sale today. Slow, but capped, factually not.
(Donât worry though, I wonât start monitoring your daily sales!)
But may I suggest a little tip (not magic at all, but maybe it could help catch a sale or two here and there during dry periods): Try to put a link (in your forum profile) pointing to your Audiojungle portfolio and/or profile, so if a buyer is curious about your sounds, heâll have a direct way to find you. (Now, one have to type your name in the search engine to do so).
Well, sales goes down harshly since end of October. I hope that trend will not continue.
Generally bad this November judging by zero sales. As the sky from the ground, compared with October.
Thanks but not sure buyers would be hanging around these forums which is for the artists.
After bombastic october , november is a bit slow !!! Come on saleeeeeeeeeeeeeeees !!!
