Attack to my themes

Can someone stop these customers who continue today with bad rating for my themes? Today I got two one star ratings from customers for one theme. One of them got respond in half of hour but claims he didn’t and another one never asked any support question. https://themeforest.net/item/herbalist-medical-m.arijuana-store-wordpress-theme/reviews/39624506 I reported both to Envato support as misuse of rating system.

(for some reason I can’t post full link to theme containing m.arijuana word so just remove dot from the word and link will work)

You can’t do much about this but to open a support ticket and ask for the removal ut from what I see the reviews are legit… even though are rushed…

It happened to me many times… sometimes the review was removed sometime not…

Review is not legit if someone lies about he is being told to wait 10 days for support and I have evidence that it is not true.

Not to mention how ridiculous those 10 days for support look alike.

What about possibility that someone intentionally tries to destroy item’s reputation and items search results position that depends on rating?

Then the staff will remove it. Open a support ticked it will be solved.

What about possibility that someone intentionally tries to destroy item’s reputation and items search results position that depends on rating?

It happened to me a while back when someone (which never contacted me for support) dropped a 1 star rating and specifically said that my theme “Its broken all over”. While this is obviously a defamatory statement and not an opinion, the support agent said it’s the client’s opinion and they won’t remove the rating.

It depends on the support agent’s interpretation.

We have encountered a similar issue in the past where a customer purchased our item and, within minutes, posted a negative review about a feature that does not actually exist. We did not receive any support tickets or inquiries related to the issue, and the purchase code was never activated—our system reliably tracks all activated purchase codes.

We have reason to believe that this may have been orchestrated by a competitor, as we noticed the same customer leaving a five-star review for their product shortly afterward. Despite reporting this to Envato and providing supporting evidence, they ultimately sided with the customer. Unfortunately, this underscores the difficulty in addressing misleading or potentially dishonest reviews.
