Approval for After Effect and rejection for Premiere Pro. Same video transitions.

Hello!

Need help.

  1. I created transitions for Premiere Pro “Photo Collage Transitions” (not use mogrt files, 100% premiere pro). They were rejected.

  2. I created the same transitions for After Effects and they were approved

  1. I finalized the version for Premier Pro with full confidence that they will be approved. But again a rejection.

I wrote that I have an approved version for another program.

Why?
