API access forbidden after login to marketplace and paying subscription

Hi,
I am currently blocked,
I want to have access to the Envato API but as i want to register my app i have a 403 error forbidden.
I try to connect on envato marketplace (succesfully) as i was told but the API doesn’t work either.
I dont see any apiKey generation on my envato account on marketplace.
I dont know what to do.
I am paying the annual subscription for 1 user.

Clear the browser cache and cookies ( or use another browser ) to re-login.
If the issue continues, contact support.
