Am I allowed to use purchased designs this way?

Hi Guys!

I am planning to do a project based course on Udemy, I take a design and code it into HTML & CSS or WordPress, as I am not a designer I thought about buying designs on themeforest or use envato elements, note that students will have access to the code at the end.

Does Licence cover this use case?
