Please anyone give me correct resolution for thumbnail & images and also give some info for making thumbnail and images

reviewer clearly mentioned the reason is:
it isn’t at the quality standard required to move forward
If you think about thumbnail image because the thumbnail image is showing in the email then keep a note for all review result email will contain thumbnail image of the item by default.
So, don’t think more about thumbnail & images. You should to improve your item quality with more premium features. To know about the envato market you can browse recently (last 6 months) published/approved items.
