Hello everyone,
I need help with something. when uploading files, I upload the thumbnail image to the site in 80x80 format and envoato wants me to load it in the biggest 50 kilobytes. After clicking Upload my design file. I get the rejection mail after the design is checked.
The mail that came to me is this;
Thank you for your submission. We have completed our review of “Health Mobile App - Adobe XD” and unfortunately we found it isn’t at the quality standard required to move forward, and you won’t be able to re-submit this item again.
