OK, wow, I need some help please from an Envato representative about an issue - I have a NEW/1st-time day’s old account, paid TWICE, so TWO new accounts (Element subscriptions 1 yr each, both purchased during Black Friday), two different prices. I need help to cancel and secure a refund for the higher of the two please. The automated cancel forces me to lose the funds and let it run out after a whole year - not an option having a second duplicate account that I will be keeping/using. Please contact me.
