HI I accidnetally purchased the 1 year subscription for Elements when I only needed it for the month, I cannot afford the 200 that it costs for the year is there any way I can get a refund ?

I’ve had the same issue here I sent an Email yet it’s been 2 days and no replies

Keep patients they will reply to you soon they have a ticket queue they replied people one by one.
