Can I get refund if I cancel yearly subscription?

I have selected Envato Elements for a Monthly subscription and they deducted a year off my account. What Should I Do Now??

I get no replies from them. I have already downloaded a few files unaware that I was charged $198 instead of $16.50. What should I do to get my refund?
