Hello i have purchase code for betheme. But when I want to register, it gives the invalid code message. what should i do ? (I bought this theme in 2021 and it is not used on any website now.)

Please note that each license will be valid for a single end product and you can’t transfer license for a new end product.

Is not used on any website now - has it previously been used elsewhere regardless of that now?

You can’t use the single end-product on multiple projects. Assuming you had used the theme on another project at 2021, you will need to purchase a new copy.
