how to deregister paid theme from domain I don't own anymore ?

I had bought betheme few years back and installed on website but later didn’t renew that domain. Now I have bought another domain and trying to register the same theme again with code but not able to register and it give following error Purchase code already used. Please deregister purchase code and remove theme folder on: old domain

how can I deregister from old domain that I don’t own it anymore ? or how can I get in touch with betheme support

You need to talk to the author but be aware that not all authors allow you to do this.

You can’t use the same theme on different project. You will need to purchase a new copy.
