Hi the I’m competely new to Themeforest/Envato and hope it’s the right place too looking for help.
I had installed BeTheme on a running site and faced that everything was deleted. I restored my shop with more than 40.000 product’s and in that restore the BeTheme was removed and I know now that I should have deregistred the product before restore.
I will now use it on another site but I’m not allowed because it tells me the following:
Purchase code already used. Please deregister purchase code and remove theme folder on:
I installed and deregistred it on the first site but still I cant register the new site.
Do anyone know for how long time I have to wait before register a new site?
