I am going to start uploading AE templates for videohive exclusivelly but I also want to sell 3D models but not on 3docean. I won’t upload my AE templates to other sites but does that mean I can’t upload 3D models to other sites as well?

If you’re an exclusive author, any items you sell on the Envato Marketplaces cannot be sold on any other marketplaces.
This does not apply to items you are not selling on the Envato Marketplaces.
So if you want to sell your 3D content somewhere else, go ahead! As long as you’re not selling the same content here also.
