Hello everyone,I’m a videohive author.I have a question about my template.A customer is interested in one of my template which needs an ae plugin but he doesn’t have the plugin.
Is it possible for me to help him make the item he need if he purchases my template?Is it allowed in envato market?

Obviously you can’t give him the plugins or anything, but there’s nothing wrong with you customising the template for him and sending him over the finished video. Feel free to charge him for doing so. How much is up to you.
