ZIP File Not Working on Macbook

This texture pack zip file isn’t working on Mac. It says network error… I’ve tried multiple browsers. This happened before with a Creative Market zip. The author is at fault + needs to fix the zip file.

It sucks since I’ve paid for this service for two years now + there is no option to message the author for support, no option to message Envato support, and no phone number to contact Envato Support…What’s the point of having a site like this if the only way to get help is on a dead forum?

This sounds like network issue to me. Did you tried to download using a different internet connection? Try your mobile connection for example. Or try to reset your router.
