Hi,

I am not a developer or designer.
I am a customer who runs a WP/WC website selling fashion products.

Recently i had an agreement with one supplier, to integrate their website products on my website.
Unfortunately, they had API only for prestashop and not WP/WC.
I did prefer API, since it is faster, real time update, among many benefits. But i am not sure of costs. So i had to settle for xml file link.
However, the xml file does not have categories/subcategories.

My web developer had a hard time and now somehow managed to have products on website.
But now, i have another problem.

My developer says he cannot give me export xml file, he stresses only on csv file, that file is incomplete with a lot of data. its 2 months now and i am unable to upload products on different marketplaces because of this.

I tried searching online, but cannot find anything suitable.

I would like to have valuable opinion of members here.
