WP theme author no longer wants to update the theme, I want to apply for a refund.

Hello,

My WP Theme codes need to be updated, I acquired the theme on 2021-06-28. I really love the theme but the Author told me that he is no longer updating the theme for be compatible to the latest WordPress version and PHP. It was a really, really hard work customizing my website.

Can I apply for a refund?

Unfortunately not - it’s in the t&c s that envato can not guarantee the lifespan of an item as they do not own items sold on the marketplaces
