I submitted a wordpress theme in themeforest . I got a soft reject more then 7.

Sorry but your theme still does not meet the minimum quality requirements to be accepted into the WordPress category. Please concentrate on improving typography, layout, and general styling as these are key factors in gaining approval into the marketplace.

Did you explain that it is approved as Joomla and HTML? (Not that this guarantees WP will be accepted).
You do have written permission from the original author to convert it right?
Come on man. look at the design and can you tell this is good enough ? You know your item looks old and amateurish. Old approved html and psd items doesnt make a guarantee to WP version of item will accepted. I think you should start with new one.
