Wordpress Newpaper theme

Hi,

I recently bought the newspaper theme and I am having problems with the unique articles in the front page. I enabled the option of unique articles but It’s not working properly because we use AJAX modules.

I have the site configured to use specific categories in the majority of the blocks, but the problem exists with some blocks that gets articles from multiple categories like Breaking News or The Opinion. This blocks show articles from other categories, but when they are visible on the multi category block I don’t want them to show on the block of the specific category.

Is there a way in your theme to create a custom filter for this blocks. Or there is a builtin function to do this type of filtering.
