Recently W3C introduced a new standard, meaning you have to no longer use script type when enqueuing a script, but just script.
The warnings shows in validator as follows:
The question is how can we deal with that when developing WordPress themes? All tags are generated automatically by WordPress. Should we try to prevent it by loading some complex functions or just leave it as it is?
I really hope this wouldn’t be a reason for a soft rejection
