Thanks for asking your question at Envato forum.

Your theme only supports WordPress 4.9.x. There is a new WPBakery update (27.11.2018) that supports WordPress 5.0 but your theme author will need to update it for you. https://kb.wpbakery.com/docs/preface/release-notes/
