When the Nillé theme was purchased, you would have established an account with Envato Market /QODE (the theme proprietary owners).
WP Bakery is no longer working on the site. It was a Bundled plugin with the purchase of Nillé theme.

Please make sure you are using the latest version theme and WP Bakery plugin and your server php version is uptodate.
