Woocommerce plugin: adding different prices for a product base on number of persons that book a service

Hi.

I am looking for a woocommerce plugin. My product is tour package. I have to have options for user to select number of adult, children and baby, and each has different prices, and multiply and add them into one price.

Is there a plugin that can deliver this task?

There is an official Booking plugin for WooCommerce, which might cover that need (I never used it, just guessing).

You Can also try to use the Default Product variation feature to create multiple packages and separate costs and within those packages you can mention the Number of Allowed Adult and Kids, etc.

That’s technically true, but, since the amount of people is not predetermined, he would have to set high limits for each person type, to cater for groups. Example:

  • 10 adults
  • 10 children
  • 10 infants

This would mean a 1000 variations per product, which is quite hard to manage.

Hi guys, thanks for responses… Booking plugin for WooCommerce has only 1 price option, doesn’t matter if we select more than 1 person, the price stays the same…

My Product Options for WooCommerce plugin will be useful for you.

You can use it to define number of adults/children/babies as options and set the plugin to multiply the price by their number and add that to the total :-).

Hi man! I am waiting for this of your plugin to be upgraded! When I asked you for what I need, you said that it didn’t multiply the prices… so now you have upgraded it?? if you really did, you are my savior …!

I said that it couldn’t because I thought you wanted to create complicated equations! However the plugin can easily multiply number of people by a price. You can even use a nice slider widget thing to select the number of people :-).
