I had sale of template whose price is $25 (template) but it was charged only $18.
Has anyone else that had a similar experience?
The invoice is your seller invoice, it shows only your gross income of the sale, not what the buyer pays to Envato
list price: $25.00
fixed buyer fee for cms templates: $10.00
$25.00 - $10.00 = $15.00 item price
item price is splitted up into two invoice positions
template = $9.37
incl. support = $5.63
$9.37 + $5.63 = $15.00
$15.00 +20% EUVAT = $18.00

Hmm, fixed buyer fee for cms templates is $10.00, damn, I thought it was the same as for HTML.
