Unfortunately it does not have the necessary quality to be accepted, I recommend that you familiarize yourself with the quality of TF.
This requires a complete redesign, you need to improve your design skills or I can simply recommend that you hire a designer, you will save yourself a lot of headaches that way you can focus on achieving your goals.

Sorry for your design was hard rejected because it’s old version design like how years 2012 but you can see other example in themeforest approved but you don’t can copy designs.
