Why Envato elements doesn't work? it shows that it is down and cant load the contents.

Hi there!

i subscribed to Envato Elements and now the website doesnt load for me any more. it shows that it is down and cant load the contents. is anybody else experiencing the same thing? where can I go to have access to my account.
the website shows up but when i sign in, it shows that it is down and cant load the contents. the problem is that they are charging my card for the subscription and there is no where that i can go to cancel that as i dont have access to my account with them.

Please help!

This is happening to me right now I don’t know why !
Did you gained access again or still locked out ?

yes. they canceled my subscription and i dont have any way to have access to my account.

they keep sending me a generated reply:

Hi,

Regrettably, after further review, we’re using our discretion and will not be re-enabling your account.

Please note, your most recent order has been voided by our payment system, so no funds have been taken from your account.
